We’re so pleased to announce the re-opening of our bed & breakfast effective May 15, 2020. We do so, however, with the full recognition that we’re entering a new and vastly different environment than we enjoyed previously. We have newfound responsibilities for the safety and well-being of our guests, our staff, our vendors, and, frankly, ourselves. As such, we’ve made a number of changes in our business operations. All are designed to both maintain the best lodging and vacation experience possible in the Golden Isles, while at the same time seek to ensure maximum safety for all. A summary of our new procedures and policies include:
We are suspending, indefinitely, the daily afternoon Wine & Cheese hour.
Similarly, we have discontinued the optional guest-requested High Tea.
We no longer allow unregistered visitors to our facility to visit our guests.
As a way to minimize risk to all involved (other guests, staff, etc.), we’ve incorporated a signed statement of potential guests NOT having certain risk factors of COVID-19 infection into our reservation process.
As we all gain more experience with this environment, there may well be additional changes to our business operations, but the goal always remains the same – we want to provide the best, and safest, travel experience you can have in the Golden Isles at our premiere property, the Grey Owl Inn!
