Smoking Policy
- Check-In is at 4 PM or arrange later with the Inn.
- Your arrival time is very important - We do not have a front desk and are not always there to greet you. Thanks for understanding.
Cancellation Policy
- Should you need to cancel, please do so at least three (3) days or 72 hours
before your scheduled check-in to receive a full refund.
Children & Pets
- Children accompanying our adult guests must be at least 12 years old.
- We cannot accommodate pets.
About Your Rooms & Rates
- Room rates vary by season and room selected. All rates include a cooked-to-order breakfast from our menu selections.
- Each room rate includes accommodation for two guests - additional guests can register in certain rooms for an added charge of $35 per additional person, per night.
- All rooms are on the second floor and are accessible by stairs or a lift. (NOTE: Our elevator is currently not operating as it's undergoing necessary repairs. For the latest information on this, please call the Inn at 912-434-6292.)
Guests & Visitors
- We cannot accommodate drop-ins for meals. Only registered guests and their friends or family members are permitted (for an additional charge) for meals.
- Visitors are always welcome. Just notify the Resident Manager for a tour of the gardens and grounds.

- There is a No Smoking Policy for The Grey Owl Inn and ALL of its surrounding property.
